Aisha Yusuf is the Group CEO of Hayche Multi Service Solutions (HMSS) and the Founder of Hayche Network, a network of lifestyle professionals in Africa. She is a multi-industry, multi-disciplinary leader who has improved operations in several businesses as a Management consultant, Strategic communications/PR specialist, as well as a hospitality consultant.
She is currently the team lead of the Ford Foundation Positive Masculinity (+M) program on GBV reduction in Nigeria, and has worked as a management, communications, and advocacy consultant to a range of major multilateral and bilateral donors, including the Ford Foundation, World Bank, USAID, and ECOWAS through the West African Health Organization (WAHO). Ms. Yusuf entered the world of international development through engagement as a researcher in the area of communications and advocacy with the Open Society Initiative for West Africa (OSIWA).
The multi-award winner is an international a Nigerian World Peace Ambassador with a BSc in Management from IBB University, a Masters in Tourism and Hospitality Management from Global Business School Barcelona (GBSB) Spain and an Executive MBA from Abuja Business School. Ms. Yusuf is a PhD student and has provided management and branding solutions for many businesses and development organizations and has spoken in numerous international conferences as a life coach.
As a fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) and a member of the Touristry Consultant Forum (TCF), Aisha Yusuf is part of the NESG sub-group tasked with creating the policy document for HR development in the Hospitality and Tourism industry in Nigeria. She is the Director of Membership and Welfare at the African Association Women in Tourism and Hospitality (AAWTH) tasked with promoting equal opportunities for all women of African descent operating in the hospitality and tourism and has also championed many campaigns towards promoting accessible and sustainable tourism in Africa.
Ms. Yusuf is a management, and communications strategist with over 12 years’ experience in management, advocacy, and public relations. Her creative advantage is based on her background in management and her work experience in communications. She also has extensive experience designing and implementing advocacy and visibility plans in the African region. She brings to each engagement, advanced strategic thinking, planning, strong interpersonal, as well as problem-solving skills.
